Old neighbors and friends were happy to see Lois and Don Fox last week when they dropped in for a brief visit and sightseeing in the Chicago area. Lois and Don are now living in Newton, Ill., but always read the REVIEW and still love us.

Good news for the Taylors, bad news for the rest of us: Cathi and Don sold their house on the first day it was for sale. So last week-end they went up to Beaver Dam, Wisc. to pick out a new house, near daughter, Jenny. Meanwhile, said Jenny is about to run off to the hospital and give birth to the Taylors’ grandchild any minute now.

Forest Park daughter, Emily was happy the house was sold to a couple who want to keep it as a home, garden and all.

Library patrons will be pleased to hear Lori Krase will be filling Cathi’s vacancy there.

Congratulations and Thank You to Peg O’Connell who has undertaken the job of secretary for the Friends of the Forest Park Library.

The book sale at the library was the best ever. The Friends made over $1000! Michelle Roberts even picked up some flute music to help her with her practicing. Brother Josh wasn’t so lucky finding clarinet music, though.

IHM Will host its last bingo on Memorial Day week-end, May 28 and 29. The Grand Finale will be on May 28 at 6:40 p.m. A free dinner will be provided for all who attend. For more information call Bill Johnson, 308-8308.
