Larry C. Nicosia, 49, Former FP resident
Larry C. Nicosia, a former Forest Park resident who most recently resided in Berwyn, died October 30 at the age of 49.
Nicosia leaves behind companion Delora Warren, daughters Donna Piha and Sharon Wallers, a brother, Greg Karaffa, and four sisters, Sharry Stauber, Kathy Furman, Betty Moehling, and Judy Millette.
Visitation will be held Thursday, November 3 from 3 ” 8 p.m. at Joseph Nosek and Sons Funeral Home, located at 6716 W. 16th St. in Berwyn, with the funeral beginning at 8 p.m.
James F. Santelli , Survived by siblings, nieces and nephews
James F. Santelli, husband of Liz (nee Schmitt), dear father of Ashley, loving son of Frank and Margaret, fond brother of Paul (special friend, Sharon Moen), Jean (Steve) Zerul, Mary (Ken) George and Mark (Teresa) Santelli, died October 17. Santelli was also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral mass was held at Our Lady of the Wayside Church. Contributions may be made to Ashley’s College Fund c/o the family. Call (847) 698-7053.
Henry Frye, Sr., 88, Grandfather of six
Henry Frye Sr., a former resident of Forest Park, Chicago and Berwyn who most recently lived in Round Lake, died October 27 at age 88.
Frye, a retired self-employed businessman and an Army veteran, leaves behind a son, Henry Jr., a daughter, Sarah “Pam” Williams, and siblings Fate and Lenny Fryer, Ular Mae McKinizie, Clara Grubbs, Mariel Jamerson, Bessie Adams and Golenyar Fryer.
He was married to the late Lata Mae (nee Smith) for 59 years.
Visitation was held Tuesday, November 1 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Kopicki’s Parkwyn Funeral Home at 6901 W. Roosevelt Rd. in Berwyn.
