Henry G. Dvorak, 97, Great great grandfather of two
Henry G. Dvorak, 97, of Forest Park, died May 5, 2006 in Hillside. Mr. Dvorak was the beloved husband of the late Lillian V. Dvorak, nee Rosinski. He was the loving father of Henry R. (Mary Lou) Dvorak and Helen (Jerry) Serzen, and the dear grandfather of Carlene Dvorak, Thomas H. (Jean) Leo, Robert K. (Wanda) Dvorak, and Richard S. (Kerry) Leo.
Mr. Dvorak was the fond great grandfather of Dane and Jordan Dvorak; Timothy, Zachery and Ryan Leo; Theresa (Steve) Graham and Stephanie West, and the great great grandfather of Christian and Isabella Graham. He was the dear brother of Laddie Dvorak and Angeline Ralston, and the brother-in-law of Theresa Rosinski.
Mr. Dvorak was a longtime member of the Eagles and the Moose, and an avid St. Bernardine’s Bingo player.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 7 at Zimmerman-Ehringer-Harnett Funeral Home in Forest Park. Funeral services were held Monday, May 8 to St. Luke Church in River Forest, where Mass was held at 9:30 a.m. Entombment was at Concordia Cemetery.
Tina Disario, 84, Beloved wife and loving mother
Tina Disario nee Furgiule, 84, of Forest Park, died May 6, 2006. Mrs. Disario was the beloved wife of the late Anthony and the loving mother of Carol (Ken) Dorushka. She was the fond grandmother of Rachel (Mark) Matus and Holly Furgiule.
Mrs. Disario was the dear sister of Rose Bozzi and the late Lena D’Urso, Jennie Regiro, Marry Slobodnik, Tony Sciarrino, Genevieve, Mike, Joe and Sol Furgiule. She was the fond aunt of many.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, May 11 at Zimmerman-Ehringer-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 Madison Street in Forest Park. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 12 to St. Bernardine Church, where Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
