The latest plans for the Roos building at Harrison Street and Circle Avenue will be unveiled on Thursday, June 29 at 6:30 p.m. during an event at the Forest Park Community Center.
The event will include presentations by Mayor Anthony Calderone and architect John Schiess regarding the project. Plans call for the existing building to be renovated and converted into lofts and for new townhouses to be constructed on the property.
Schiess had originally hoped to hold the meeting this week, but rescheduled.
According to Deputy Village Clerk Sally Cody, the event will include PowerPoint presentations, handouts, refreshments, and opportunities for residents to provide their feedback on the development.
The Community Center is located at 7640 Jackson Blvd.
