The mobile medical unit from the Ronald McDonald Children’s Hospital of Loyola University Medical Center will be available to provide required medical exams and immunizations for uninsured and underinsured families on June 29, July 6, July 13 and July 20.

The mobile clinic will be available on all of these dates from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m at the Park District, 7501 Harrison St., though registration must be complete by 1 p.m. Students will be seen on a first come, first served basis and must be accompanied by a parent.

While no immunizations or exams are required for Middle School students, anyone participating in school sponsored sports must have a current physical exam on file. All JK, SK, and fifth grade students must have current physicals.

The mobile clinic will also provide laboratory testing, pulmonary function testing, growth screening, hearing and vision screening and other services. Dental care is not available on the mobile unit.

Registration forms can be filled out in advance at Forest Park School District 91’s Administrative Offices at 424 Desplaines Avenue.
