Mary Rose Krych, 61, Lifelong Forest Park resident
Mary Rose Krych (Douglas), 61, died on Nov. 28, 2006. She was a resident of Forest Park for the entirety of her life.
Krych is survived by her husband, Sigmund L. Krych; her cousin, Frances DeMaria and many others.
She is predeceased by her parents, Leroy and Josephine Douglas.
Visiting hours were held at the Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home at 7319 W. Madison St., Forest Park. Funeral services and Mass were held at St. Bernardine Church. Interment is in the Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
Alice Conway, 84, Former Park District employee
Alice Conway, 84, died on Dec. 16, 2006. Conway was a longtime resident of Forest Park and former secretary for the village’s Park District.
She is survived by three sons, Larry, Mark and Daniel Conway; and two daughters, Kathleen Marinier and Karen Kurey. Conway is also survived by 21 grandchildren and one great-granchild.
Funeral services were held at St. Bernardine Church and interment will be in All Saints Cemetery. The Hursen Funeral Home at 4001 W. Roosevelt Rd., Hillside, Ill., handled arrangements.
