Elizabeth ‘Libby’ Sims, 47, Services held locally
Elizabeth C. “Libby” Sims (Larkin), 47, of Chicago, has died.
She is survived by her husband, Owen Sims; and seven siblings, Stephen, Lawrence, Bonnie, Sheila, Howard, Michael and Regina.
Sims was predeceased by two children, David and Elizabeth Larkin.
Funeral services were arranged by the Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 Madison St., Forest Park. Interment services will be held privately.

William D. Skoufis, 86, Former restaurant owner
William D. Skoufis, 86, has died. He emigrated to the United States from Greece in 1956 and was a veteran of WWII in the Grecian army. For more than 40 years he was a restaurateur in Forest Park.
Skoufis is survived by his wife Joanne; his children, Angela Kawka, Katina Barnett and Demetrios; four grandchildren, Sofia, Diana, Alexandria and Caroline.
Funeral services were held at Salerno’s Galewood Chapels under the direction of Ralph Massey. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
