Contemporary Sunday

The praise band from St. Paul’s Lutheran Church will be leading the singing of contemporary hymns at the First United Church of Christ at the 10:45 a.m. service on Sunday, Feb. 24. After worship, the congregation will be baking cookies to give as a thank you to public workers. Call (708) 771-8456.

Clown Sunday

Our Lady of Sorrows outing

First United Church of Christ will be traveling to Our Lady of Sorrows, an Italian Renaissance Basilica, on March 9 to hear a concert on the seven last words of Christ played on the church’s 3,500-pipe organ. Call (708) 771-8456.
