Roger G. Fuelster, 66, Member of Lutheran church

Roger G. Fuelster, 66, of Oak Park, has died. For more than 40 years Fuelster worked as a forensic chemist for the Drug Enforcement Administration. He was also a former member of the Addison Gun Club where he taught hunter safety classes. On Sundays he hosted a coffee hour with members of the St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, and was an avid fisherman.

Fuelster is survived by his wife, Laura (Scropetta) Fuelster; a son, Kevin A. Fuelster; his nieces and godchildren, Roanne and Rachelle; and an aunt, Ruth Imrie of Milwaukee, Wis.

He was predeceased by his sister, Rhonda Fuelster.

Interment services will be held privately. A memorial will be held at a later date at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Forest Park. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 Madison St., Forest Park.

Evelyn Grace Lane, 95, Forest Park resident

Evelyn Grace Lane (Koepfle), 95, of Forest Park died May 21, 2008. Lane worked as a proofreader for Chicago Law Printing. She was also honored as the “Ambassador of Unit C” while residing at the Scalabrini Nursing Home in Northlake.

Lane is survived by two sons, Tim and Barry; two daughters, Barbara Lane and Judy Hanson; and her grandchildren, Suzy, Kathleen, Hillary and Lindsey.

She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Basil; and a daughter, Lois Pattie.

Services were under the direction of the Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 Madison St., Forest Park. Interment was held at Queen of Heaven Cemetery

Jesus Logan, 73, Forest Park resident

Jesus Logan, 73, of Forest Park and formerly of Chicago, has died.

He is survived by his wife, Dilia (Gama) Logan; five children, Alvaro Longan, Carolina Longlax, Cielo McClain, Luz Carime Engman and Alexander Longan; and 10 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held privately under the direction of Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, 2447 S. Desplaines Ave., North Riverside.
