Prairie School architecture in cookie dough
A daylong Gingerbread House Workshop at Unity Temple for third to fifth graders. As part of Unity Temple Restoration Foundation’s Prairie School Adventures, kids will learn to use Frank Lloyd Wright’s signature design and construction methods to build Prairie-style gingerbread houses. Also on the schedule from will be a Froebel forum, to cover Wright’s favorite building blocks, and a tour of Unity Temple with a local architect. $50 for restoration foundation members; $65 or others.
