This March 7 family-friendly event is highlighted by creative floats that begin rolling at 1 p.m. on Madison. The parade travels east from Van Buren to Harlem, and spectators need to be ready to catch their share of candy. For the big kids, you’ll find plenty of libations in Forest Park’s bars and restaurants.
