Thomas J. Kelm, 49, of Forest Park, died April 10, 2009.
He is survived by his sister, Ruth Walters; a brother, Arthur Kelm; and several nieces and nephews
Kelm had survived his parents, Wilhelm and Elsie Kelm.
Funeral services were held privately under the direction of Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 Madison.

Donald P. Taylor, Former Forest Park resident
Donald P. Taylor, 69, died Friday, April 3, 2009. He was a resident of Beaver Dam, Wis., and previously lived in Forest Park.
Taylor was born to Fred and Arvilla (Knop) Taylor on Dec. 28, 1939, in Oak Park.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Cathie (Huebner); a son, Don; and daughters Ruth Weidler, Jennifer Taylor, and Emilie Taylor. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Nathan, Nicky, Sarah, Jenna, “double D” David Donald, his little “Sweet Pea,” Maggie, Karl, Matt, Debra, Kristine, Nathan, Rebecca, Thomas, and Torin.
Taylor is also survived by his sisters, Linda Myrtle and Deborah Taylor; a sister-in-law, Mary Ann Taylor; and his brothers, Ron Taylor and Jim Taylor; and many nieces and nephews, including a godson, Joseph Donald Taylor.
He was preceded in death by his mother Arvilla, his father Fred Sr. and his brother Fred Jr.
A funeral service was held Saturday, April 11 at Peace Lutheran Church, 400 Hillcrest Drive in Beaver Dam, Wis., with Rev. Mark Wenzel officiating. Interment is at Oakwood Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
