William J. Bowlen, 45, Former village resident
William J. Bowlen, 45, of DeKalb, has died. He was formerly a resident of Forest Park.
Bowlen was the owner of A.C.E. Tool Repair in DeKalb.
He is survived by his wife, Donna (Zapisek); three children, Chris, Amber and Katy Zapisek; his siblings, Kerry Beiber, Ron Bowlen and Cheri Combs; three nephews, John and Patrick Combs, and Chris Bowlen.
Bowlen also leaves his pets, Bailey, Shadow and Monster.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 Madison. Interment services were held at Concordia Cemetery.
Sharon B. Cemenski, 72, Former Forest Park resident
Sharon B. Cemenski (Reed), 72, of Berwyn, has died. She was formerly a resident of Forest Park.
Cemenski is survived by a brother, Michael J. Gallery.
She was predeceased by her parents, John D. and Marian T. Gallery.
Funeral services were held July 16 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Forest Park. Memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association, 30 N. Michigan Ave., suite 2015, Chicago, Ill., 60602, are appreciated.
Arrangements were handled by Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 Madison.
