Mark Maylath, a firefighter in Forest Park, takes blood pressure readings during the annual Cindy Lyons Health Fair held at the Howard Mohr Community Center on Nov. 4. Free services also included eye exams, blood draws for cholesterol readings, chair massages and driver’s license renewals. The fair is one of the village’s most popular annual events and is named for a former director of the community center.
