The overnight parking ban on village streets – which was lifted until last Saturday, July 31, to allow residents to use their garages for storage as they were cleaning – is now back on.
But Village Administrator Tim Gillian says that, if you still need to park on the street overnight as your clearnup continues, you just need to let the police department know.
“The police department was advised to grant blanket passes to any person requesting one. In addition, the PD will work with any resident who is ticketed during the clean up effort,” Gillian told the Review.
The Forest Park Police Department is on the first floor of village hall, at 517 Des Plaines. The police department’s non-emergency number is 708-366-2425.
