My vote – the intersection of Circle and Jackson. Despite a four-way stop sign at this intersection, drivers routinely do not stop – at best usually just slowing down prior to going through the intersection. Especially dangerous as this is also a major pedestrian cross way – commuters walking to/from Blue Line stop at Circle and children walking to/from school. My bet is the village could make considerable revenue just by having an officer parked near the intersection ticketing violators. Regardless of time of day it is a rare occurrence to find a driver who comes to a complete stop. As a resident of the 600 block of Circle, I witness this daily.
