Thomas J. Bond, 84, of Forest Park, passed away on April 11. Bond was husband to the late Doris, nee Dobson. He was the father of Karen (Steven) Johnsen. He was the “Papa” of Anne (Nick) Vaccaro, Michael, Elizabeth “Lizzie”, and David. Dear brother of Charles Bond, Barbara McBride and the late William Bond. He is the uncle to many nieces and nephews. Tom was a lifelong Forest Park resident and was an active member of Forest Park VFW Post #7181. Funeral Services were held Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home in Forest Park. Internment at Woodlawn Cemetery, 7750 W. Cermak Rd, Forest Park.
