On behalf of the Board of Commissioners and staff of the Park District of Forest Park, I would like to thank several businesses for their support of our 2011 Deck-A-Tree event. We are excited to have hosted a record number of 28 trees this year! Special thanks to: Altenheim, Axtell Agency-American Family Insurance, Children’s Dentistry, Currie Motors Chevrolet, FatDuck Tavern & Grill, Forest Automotive, Forest Park Fire Department Local 2753, Forest Park Little League, Forest Park National Bank & Trust Co., Forest Park Fraternal Order of Police, Friends of the Park, The Gasse School of Music, Girl Scouts FPCC, Howard Mohr Community Center, H & R Block Forest Park, Louie’s Grill, McDonald’s of Forest Park, McGaffer’s Saloon, the Michael Luisi Memorial, Military & Police Supply, Opportunity Knocks, Platinum Dental Care, Sizzo’s Hair Design, Spotless Auto Wash, Submarine Tender, Ultra Foods, Under the Ginkgo Tree Bed & Breakfast Home, and West Suburban Special Recreation Association. Their participation in this event demonstrated the wonderful spirit so proudly found here in Forest Park and added to the winter wonderland feel on Harrison Street.
