I would like to thank all the families and friends that came out for Forest Park Little League Opening Day on May 5th. We had a great crowd, great games, and a good time all day.
There are some officials and people I would like thank by name. Mayor Anthony Calderone, Commissioner Mark Hosty, and Commissioner Chris Harris from the Village Council. From the Park District of Forest Park Board President Sam Alonzo, Commissioner Roy Sansone, Commissioner Eric Entler, and Executive Director Larry Piekarz. Also the Forest Park Police Color Guard.
I would also like to thank my fellow Board members who put in a long day of work and weeks of preparation, Caroline Eibenberger, Connie Custardo, Eric Loury, Nic Novak, and Pat Doolin.
