Sewer repairs will begin next week on the 400 and 500 blocks of Circle Avenue between Monday and Friday the Village of Forest Park reported.
Local traffic will be allowed to access the streets, as well as emergency vehicles, but through traffic will not be allowed according to a press release.
On Monday, June 18 beginning at 7:00 a.m., the 400 block of Circle (Madison to Adams) will be closed to through traffic. Adams to Jackson will allow local traffic only; detours will be set up at Madison and Jackson. This will remain in effect until the end of day Friday, June 22.
On Wednesday, June 20 through Friday, June 22 the intersection of Circle and Madison will be closed to all traffic. Madison will be open Local traffic only. Detour and Road Closed signs will be placed at Harlem and Desplaines Avenues and Randolph and Jackson Streets.
