The Historical Society of Forest Park would like to thank the many sponsors who have recently taken part in its most recent fundraiser: Forest Parkopoly. The Historical Society is pleased to announce that there are no more spaces available for purchase, but if individuals, families, businesses/organizations are interested in having their name placed on the game, they can still purchase a patron ad for $50 by reserving their spot in the center of the game board by 5 pm on Friday, Sept. 7. Anyone interested needs to contact Diane Grah at 708-232-3747 and a check can be made to: The Historical Society of Forest Park and dropped off at Centuries and Sleuths Bookstore located at 7419 Madison St. The games will be made available for purchase during the Madison Street Holiday Walk in November for $25.
