The village will provide free meter and lot parking in retail districts on Madison Street and Roosevelt Road during the month of December to make it easier for holiday shoppers, Mayor Anthony Calderone announced Monday.
“We want to encourage people to shop in Forest Park and encourage people from out of town to come to Forest Park,” Calderone said.
