The Forest Park Chamber of Commerce and the Forest Park Review will sponsor a candidate forum for the upcoming school board and park district races at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19 at Forest Park Middle School, located at 925 Beloit Ave. The forum will be held in the school’s Cafetorium. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Four seats are open for the Forest Park Elementary School District 91 School Board. The six candidates for those four seats are Eric Connor, Mary Win Connor (incumbent), Thomas “Brad” Keefner, Brian Moritz, Michael O’Connor, and Rafael Rosa.

Three candidates are vying for two seats on the park board: Sam Alonzo (incumbent), John Doss (incumbent) and Matt Walsh.

Candidates will present a statement and respond to moderated questions from the audience.

Coffee and cookies will be served.

The election takes place April 9.
