The second annual Park District of Forest Park Kids Triathlon took place Saturday, Sept. 7 at the Park. Boys and girls were grouped in age ranges of 7-10 years old and 11-14 years old. Younger children swam 46 meters (1 full lap), rode their bikes 4 K (2.5 miles) and then ran half a mile. The older age group swam two laps, biked five miles and ran one mile.
