At 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, Vox will host its third Mayor and Commissioners Candidate Forum at the Forest Park Park District. The first two forums took place in 2007 and 2011 using our old name, Citizens United in Forest Park.
Prior to each forum we sent the candidates a questionnaire comprising the current important issues facing our community.
Earlier this year when the Vox board got together to update the questionnaire for 2015, our job was pretty easy. The questions regarding flooding, the Altenheim, Roosevelt Road, expensive lawsuits and expensive consultants remained unchanged.
