Mrs. Callahan’s first graders spent time learning how to do research this year. Back in February they did planet reports. This time around they researched animals and completed animal reports. Each student learned about a different animal. Animals researched included spider monkeys, leopards, jellyfish, sharks, coyotes and giant pandas. Students were required to find information about the physical features of the animal, their habitat, what they eat, their lifecycle and two interesting facts about their animal. The students used Google Slides to publish their reports. When their slide shows were complete, they presented them to their classmates. They all did a great job!
