This Wednesday, the Forest Park Middle School staff and students gathered in the gym for the annual Campfel movie. The inspirational movie this year featured the theme, “Be Amazing.” With a combination of music, video clips, testimony from other students and audience participation, students learned about how to be amazing–in school, in their hobbies and in their personal lives.
The video, shown on three enormous screens to the tune of modern artists, went through the lives of several students who had overcome incredible odds to “be amazing.” The movie urged students to “be real,” to remember that they “reap what they sow” and their limitations do not have to determine who they are.
Camfel is always an inspiration and is a great way to start off the school year.
