February 4, 2016 – Winter Family Night/ Open House

February 8, 2016 – Parent/ Guardians may begin calling to set up screening appointment

February 22, 2016 – RSVP for Preschool Night

February 25, 2016 – Preschool Night

April 18, 2016 – Registration and screening (both student and parent/ guardian must attend)

April 25, 2016 – Registration and screening (both student and parent/ guardian must attend)

Registration:

District 91 in conjunction with the Park District of Forest Park will be offering a 5 day/ week preschool program for children ages 3-5. Children must be 3 years of age on or before September 1, 2016 to enroll. 

Registration for new students: Registration and screening dates are April 18 and April 25, 2016. Registration and screening times are from 9am-2pm each day. Both parent/ guardian and child must attend the screening. Please call Diane Rice, school secretary at (708) 366-6945 beginning Monday, February 8, 2016 to setup your appointment.  

Space is very limited for the 2016-2017 school year. Upon completion of screening, registration and paid fees ($100 for the year) a child’s enrollment will be secured in the Forest Park Preschool program.

Families may call Garfield to schedule a tour of the Forest Park Preschool classrooms. Visits will only be scheduled Tuesday through Friday.

Winter Family Night/ Open House:

Please join us for some fun family activities and refreshments in the gym! Current and prospective preschool parents/ guardians (2016-2017 school year) are invited to attend.

Preschool Night:

Parents/ guardians are invited to learn different play-based activities to do with their child at home! Current and prospective preschool parents/ guardians (2016-2017 school year) are invited to attend.

After a presentation, parents/ guardians will have time to explore each take-home bag. Staff will be available to answer any questions.
