Susann “Sue” Victoria Wolf Witke, 68, formerly of Forest Park, died on March 22, 2016. Born on May 5, 1947 in Chicago, she grew up in Forest Park and attended St. Bernardine School. She was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed crafts, such as crocheting, needlepoint and sewing.
Sue Witke is survived by her husband, Leonard “Len” Ralph Witke; her sons, Christopher Jacob (Michelle) Witke and David Matthew (Carly, fiancée) Witke; her sisters, Lynette Wolf-Bernat, Judith Ann (Gene) Wolf-Bugayong, and Leslie Mansfield; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Kaitee, Lauren, Brynn, and Sophia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester Richard Wolf and Esther Gladys Beckman Wolf; and her sister, Nancy Wolf.
Sue was very proud of her family, especially her grandchildren.
A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Friday, April 1 at All Saints’ Episcopal Church, Rev. Tricia De Beer officiating.
