Council needs to go on the record

To the Forest Park Village Council: 

Why are we talking about video gambling? Did we not already vote on this and was it not voted down?

I challenge each one of you, mayor and commissioners, to write the Forest Park Review with your answer. It will be interesting for the next time we need to vote for a new council.
