Forest Park Middle School welcomed back its students this week to a full week of classes and activities. Students and teachers seem upbeat and all are saying it’s already a good school year. The Middle School PBIS team has been working hard over the summer to come up with some great ideas to help keep everyone motivated and on track. The theme for the year is “Be THE Leader!” Mr. Pisano and Ms. Huff met with all the students on Monday to share that theme with them and let them know that if they are nominated by teachers once a month as a leader, they will be the ones winning a prize. The school store is stocked with new supplies and fun treats ready for those first students who would like to spend the the panther paws they’ve earned for being respectful, responsible and safe.
We’re all looking forward to a year of great fun, lots of learning and having every student become the leader!
