Grant-White Elementary’s Student Council elections are on the horizon. Student Council invites students from grades 3, 4, and 5 to participate in school decision making processes, activities, and service projects. Formal elections for the officers will be held October 4.
Student Council advisers Mrs. Malarski and Mrs. Giblin will be leading a president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer, along with a representative from each classroom. They will meet bi-weekly after school to plan activities, discuss things they would like to purchase for the school, and participate in student government processes.
Activities throughout the year include Merry Minty Messages, a charity drive for Hines-Fisher VA Hospital, Sweety Treaties, and many other service minded projects.
