Garfield School held it’s annual Math Night tonight! A big thank you to Ms. Emond, Math Specialist for planning the evening, to Mrs. Robinson, Resource Teacher for assisting and to the teachers who helped make the evening successful. All of the families that attended enjoyed fun activities that involved math skills. Students made patterns, learned about symmetry, made large shapes with yard sticks, created an array city, tallied and much more. As a bonus, students received a goody bag with math materials to take home with them.
