John M. “Jack” Fahey, 73, of Forest Park, died on March 28, 2017. Born on June 2, 1943, he is survived by his children, Steven Fahey and Patrick (Margaret) Fahey; his siblings, Thomas and Patricia; and his faithful companion, “Sunny.”
A funeral Mass was celebrated on April 1 at St. Bernardine Catholic Church, followed by private interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
