Back to School 5k & Kids’ Day

Please join us for Forest Park Public School District 91’s Second Annual Back to School 5k and Kiwanis Kids’ Day. The race will begin and end at Forest Park Middle School. You can register for the Back to School 5k here: (https://www.raceentry.com/races/district-91s-back-to-school-event/2017/register). You do not need to register or RSVP to join in for Kiwanis Kids’ Day following the 5k!

Free hot dogs, sweet corn, watermelon and chips. You are welcome to bring a non-perishable food item to help support the Forest Park Food Pantry.

Saturday Morning Kids TV Time Machine
Aug. 12, 10 to 11 a.m., Forest Park Public Library, Austin Room, 7555 Jackson Blvd.:
Experience episodes from Sesame Street Old School, the Electric Company, Schoolhouse Rock and other throwbacks. We will be watching these interactively, so parents and children are welcome to sing along and interact with the screen. Kids can feel free to wear pajamas or bring snuggly friends.
