South PTO helped organize a grandparent/senior friend breakfast with students at Field-Stevenson on Thursday, November 8th. Following the breakfast, Ms. Binder’s 4th grade music classes held their annual Patriotic Assembly in honor of all those who have served our country. Our very own Ms. Nowak also took the stage! Celebrating her birthday and 40th year in District 91, Ms Nowak was invited to lead the students and audience in the “Star Spangled Banner.”
