51st Annual No Glove Nationals
Everyone’s favorite No Glove 16″ Softball Tournament will be held from July 25 to 28 at the Park District of Forest Park, 7501 Harrison St.
Trough Eating Contest
Teams of three will compete in the annual Trough Eating Contest from 7 to 8 p.m. on July 21 at the Brown Cow Ice Cream Parlor, 7347 Madison St. Troughs contain 21 scoops of ice cream. Garage Galleries Call for Artists
Don’t forget to submit your application to feature your artistic work in this year’s Garage Galleries. Submit your application by August 1 at tinyurl.com/garagegalleries. The event will be held on August 24.
Ronald McDonald Mobile Clinic
The Ronald McDonald Mobile clinic will offer students free vaccinations and physical examinations from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on July 18 at the Park District of Forest Park, 7501 Harrison St. Students will be seen on a first come, first serve basis.
Family Library Mini Golf Tournament
Explore the library by playing a mini golf tournament through its sections, from 3 to 5 p.m. on July 20 at the Forest Park Public Library, 7555 Jackson Blvd. Appropriate for families and children ages 5 and up.
Under the Story Tree
Still Waters Preschool Co-Op will read stories about trees and people from 3:30 to 5 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday at the community gardens, St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, 305 Circle Ave. All ages invited.
