A Cook County COVID-19 surveillance website reported on March 30 that Forest Park had 16 confirmed cases of the illness. The website, ccdphcd.shinyapps.io/covid19/, is linked to from the Cook County Department of Public Health’s COVID-19 website.

On March 29, the Cook County Department of Public Health website linked to a duplicate site, ccdphcd.shinyapps.io/draftapp03282020/, which is still online and reporting 13 confirmed cases as of 4:16 p.m. on March 30.

On March 26, surveillance data was reported but then the site went offline the following day with the message that it was “currently unavailable.”
