A third Forest Park resident has died of COVID-19, according to information released by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.

The deceased was a 62-year-old woman who died at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She had underlying health issues including obesity, hypertension and diabetes.

She passed away on May 1.

The previous two deaths were men, an 86-year-old who died on March 30 and a 32-year-old who died on April 6. Both had preexisting conditions. The former’s included heart disease and diabetes, and the latter’s obesity and obstructive sleep apnea.
