Vehicle stickers must be purchased and displayed on resident vehicles by April 1.
During the March 8 village council meeting, Commissioner Dan Novak reminded residents to get their stickers.
“It’s vehicle sticker season,” said Novak. “All those listening out there, it’s that time to purchase your vehicle sticker.”
Not only are stickers required, but residents purchasing them helps the village’s revenue, Novak said.
“We definitely were down tremendous amounts of revenue in comparison to previous historical data,” Novak said, adding that vehicle stickers and their enforcement are a “definite revenue” source for the village.
Stickers are $35 per vehicle and can be purchased in person at village hall, 517 Desplaines Ave., or online at forestpark.net.
