Youth Journaling Program

On April 14 from 4 to 4:45 p.m., middle-school aged kids are welcome to attend a virtual journaling session hosted by the Forest Park Public Library. During these difficult times, you might have problems expressing and processing your emotions. Journaling can help process feelings and emotions, and the youth services department invites all youth to join the weekly journaling sessions. Each session starts with a brief check-in and writing prompts, followed by journaling time. Feel free to write or draw, make lists, create stories or art, or do whatever you feel like doing at the moment. Your journal is for you! Free customizable journals are available through the library. Visit fppl.org/events or email Mia Manansala at mmanansala@fppl.org for more information.

Registration is not required for this Facebook event. Visit fppl.org/events for more information.
