Rich Melman, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises restaurateur, was one of the most influential 16″ softball leaders in the uniquely Chicago sport’s history.  In the 1990’s he managed his team, Lettuce, to four No Glove Championships.   He was often compared to George Steinbrenner, former owner of the Yankees.  He was known for his team building skills and striving to be the best you can be.
