The Champs of the Junior B Recreation League, Mannings Barber Shop managed to weather the rough competition in the Forest Park Recreation League to become champions. Not only champs on the court, they showed their 1951 style off the court, too, with crew cuts, the quiff, a widow’s peak and the pompadour.
