Elizabeth White, for whom the school was named, is in the center holding a shovel. Also in the photo is Mayor George Gold, Chief of Police Fred Licht, Judge Paul Witt, Commissioner Louis Oswald, school board member Lee Pittman, Forest Park Review Editor Edith Heilman, commissioners James Brannon and Kurt Berliner, the very civic-minded Emil Roehlke, and many other outstanding citizens of Forest Park.
