The Field-Stevenson Open House was held on Thursday, August 18th. Dr. Tiffany Brunson introduced Field-Stevenson’s theme “Got Grit?” which is designed to encourage student tenacity and perseverance as they engage in authentic learning opportunities created by teachers. Parents also can play a key role in developing grit through “deliberate practice” and by nurturing “growth mindset” in their child – learn how.
