WHO WE ARE

Rogers Residential is a full service design-build residential general contractor serving the villages of Oak Park and River Forest.  We specialize in single family home renovation and remodeling.  We have designed and built projects as large as new single family homes and as small as replacing several windows.  We are Scott and Mary Rogers, four generations of our family have called this community home, and if you live in our community, we have likely done work for someone you know.

The strength of our business is our direct relationship with you.  Our clients work closely with us throughout our projects making decisions as we present them with options.  As a licensed architect, Scott has proposed innovative solutions that have solved difficult problems for many of our clients.  As skilled craftsmen, we will be at your home doing the work ourselves and directly supervising the work of our trusted local subcontractors.
