Bowler, fisherman and lifeline Cubs and Bears fan

Philip F. Czuprynski, 77, of Forest Park, died on January 16, 2018. An excellent bowler and avid fisherman, he will also be remembered as a lifelong Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.

Philip was the husband of the late Patricia A. Czuprynski; the father of Steven (Esperanza) and Susan (Art); the grandfather of Isabel, Andrea and David; the brother of Judy Siran, James and the late Michael; and the uncle of many nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held from 1 to 4 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 20 at Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 W. Madison St., Forest Park, where a service will be held at 3 p.m.  Interment will be private. For more, 708-366-2200 or www.ZimmermanHarnett.com.
