Scott Faerber

Scott Faerber lost his battle with cancer on, Jan. 24, 2013. He was 62 years old. Scott was born June 4, 1950. He was a life-long resident of River Forest and well known to many in the Forest Park area.

Scott went to Washington Elementary School in River Forest and Oak Park River Forest High School. He worked in the lawn care industry for over 20 years and was an avid gardener. Scott loved camping and hiking and traveled to many of the National Parks across the United States throughout his lifetime.

He is survived by his brother Bob (Alice), his sister Sharon, and his two nieces Donna and Karen. One of his wishes was to have his ashes scattered in the Great Smokey National Park which was one of his favorite vacation spots.
