Ruth M. Loyd, age 89, lifelong resident of Forest Park, died Nov. 15 at the Lexington of Lombard. Mrs. Loyd was a lifelong member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Forest Park VFW Post 7181. She is survived by her daughters Patti Byran, Sandy Bezik and Sheryl Neff, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a brother Ted Wang. A visitation and funeral service were held Sunday, Nov.17 at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Forest Park. Interment took place at Woodlawn Cemetery.
