Annette B. Holmes (nee Lang), 66, died Feb. 4 died in Forest Park. She was born Aug. 14, 1946.
She was the mother of Barbara (Christopher) Brennan. She was the grandmother of James and Stephanie. She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert “Herbie” Holmes.
A private service was held, and arrangements were made by DuPage Cremations, Ltd. In lieu of flowers, donations to Provena Hospice, 779 S. McLean Blvd. Suite 101, Elgin, IL 60123, are requested.
